HOTELS & VINYARDS:

Exellent images of hotels, vinyards or any other commercial property

can make a significant impact on business. Whether travelers go

through an agency, newspaper, magazine, or the internet, they

want to see what they are getting for their money. Having professional

photos is a must.

I have shot many wineries, vinyards, and other local businesses in

San Luis Obispo County, including a recent exclusive licensing of

an image to the Carlton Hotel. My experience includes a broad

spectrum such as Ocean View, Rural, and City located businesses.

Both interior and exterior photos. I have also shot full area

inside/out shoots of hotels such as the Marriott and the La Bellasera.

Prices start at $100.00 and hour with a minimum of 3 hours. Exclusive

buyouts can be negotiated, too. I do not charge for my mixdown time

on a basic photo shoot. Price Depends on size and complexity of

the assignment.

I can also produce digital slideshows in various formats including:

DVD, MPEG, AVI, and ShockWave. These start out at $150.00

for the master mixdown, then $20.00 per a copy. The price of

the master disk can be more depending on how involved the project

becomes, such as a tremendous amount of images, sound, or anything else which could be time consuming during the production of the master.
